Every dental office has its policies. At Turlock Endodontics, Dr. Less and his staff strive to deliver quality dental services at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have any questions, feel free to call us at 209-668-3636.
Payment options
There's no need for you to worry regarding your payment options at our dental office. We accept cash (correct change is appreciated), money orders and cashier’s checks. For your convenience, we also accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Even though we're unable to provide in-house financing, we do have external financing options available for those who qualify, through CareCredit or Springleaf.

Insurance information
As a courtesy service to you, we are happy to submit your claim to your dental insurance carrier. We ask that you provide us with all of your insurance information at the time you schedule your appointment. We will then contact your insurance carrier to find out your specific plan’s insurance benefits, and let you know your estimated portion prior to your appointment.
Be advised insurance companies routinely indicate that coverage verification does not guarantee payment . While we try our best to estimate your out-of-pocket expense, actual payment is determined by the insurance company once they process the claim.
The contract your employer negotiated with your insurance carrier defines your dental benefits. As you read the benefit or insurance plan booklet provided by your employer, you will better understand your benefits. Various dental plans cover endodontic procedures at different payment levels and, as a result, your payment portion may vary.
At the time of service, you will be responsible for the estimated portion that your insurance will not cover . Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. We will wait 90 days for the insurance company to pay their portion. In the event your insurance company fails to pay, rejects the claim or does not pay the total balance, you are responsible for the remaining balance.
If your insurance pays more than the estimated amount, a refund check from the office will be mailed within 1 month from the date of payment received in our office.
If your insurance pays less than the estimated amount, you will receive a statement from the office. Your prompt remittance is greatly appreciated.

While we may not be in contract with your particular dental plan, it does not mean your insurance company completely excludes our office. Many insurance companies pay out of network dentists equal to their in-network dentists. Again, our staff will research your insurance and give you the best out of pocket estimate prior to your visit.
